WeeFizz PRO · Allocation software

The workwear allocation software that calculates the size.

WeeFizz PRO runs your workwear and PPE allocation campaigns, from the wardrobe to the purchase order. Each wearer answers a few questions, with no photo needed, and gets their size calculated in each supplier's size chart.

Definition

What is workwear allocation software?

Workwear allocation software organises how workwear and PPE are issued to employees: what each person receives, in which size, approved by whom, and ordered when.

The tools on the market handle entitlements, orders and stock well. But the question that makes a campaign fail is still put to the wearer: "What is your size?". They answer from memory, in a size chart they do not know. The mistake shows up on delivery, then comes back as an exchange.

WeeFizz PRO starts from there. The wearer no longer picks their size: it is calculated for them, item by item, in the supplier's real size chart.

Without allocation software, a campaign often looks like this:

  • Paper forms or shared spreadsheets, filled in site by site.
  • A fitting kit travelling from one site to the next.
  • E-mail reminders to chase missing sizes.
  • Re-keying orders before they go to the supplier.
  • Exchanges after delivery, when the size is wrong.

To frame a campaign before you even choose a tool, read our 6-step method for preparing an allocation campaign.

What no spreadsheet does

The size calculated in each supplier's size chart.

Allocation management software collects a size. WeeFizz PRO calculates it, with no photo needed, from what the wearer already knows.

A few answers

Height, weight, age, gender and body shape chosen from images. No photo, no tape measure.

14 measurements

The WeeFizz engine works out 14 girth and length measurements: chest, waist, hips, inside leg, arm…

The product's real chart

Each chart is taken as it is, then calibrated: ease, cut and use of the garment are taken into account.

Adjustable fit

A garment runs small? Its fit is corrected and the recommendation lines up straight away.

At work, comfort comes before a close fit: we move up a size from the first third of the interval. The result: 95% of recommendations are accepted by wearers. The engine is explained in our expertise in body shape and size charts, and the pitfalls of PPE charts in the most common PPE size chart mistakes.

Multi-site

Multi-site: one mini-site per site, one view to run it all.

Mini-site in the client's branding

One ordering site per location, branch or store, with the client's logo and visuals.

Online approval

Each site manager approves their employees' orders whenever suits them. You are notified.

Purchase order and export

Wearer, site, reference, size and quantity: a consolidated CSV export and a packing sheet per wearer.

Dashboards and AI assistant

Progress of every campaign, quantities per size, PDF reports. Ask your question in plain language, the answer comes back in figures.

FAQ

Allocation software: your questions.

What is workwear allocation software?

It is a tool that organises how workwear and PPE are issued to employees: building the allocation, collecting sizes, approval, ordering and tracking. WeeFizz PRO adds what other tools leave to the wearer: calculating their size in each supplier's size chart.

Does WeeFizz PRO replace my ERP or my stock management software?

No. WeeFizz PRO does not manage stock, does not place orders with suppliers and does not replace an ERP. It covers the allocation campaign, from the wardrobe to the approved purchase order, then hands you a consolidated CSV export, ready for your ERP.

Does the wearer need to send a photo or take their measurements?

No. The wearer answers a few questions: height, weight, age, gender and body shape chosen from images. The WeeFizz engine works out 14 measurements from these, then the size in the size chart of each item. No photo, no tape measure.

How are my suppliers' size charts handled?

Each size chart is imported as it is, from an Excel, CSV or PDF file or a photo, then calibrated by WeeFizz. If a garment runs small, its fit is adjusted and the recommendation follows straight away.

Can an allocation be run across several sites?

Yes. Each site gets its own ordering mini-site, in the client's branding. The manager of each site approves their employees' orders online, and you track the progress of every campaign on a single screen.

Is wearers' data protected?

Yes. Answers travel over an encrypted connection (SSL) and are hosted in the European Union, with GDPR-compliant processing. Each platform user only accesses their own scope.

How long does it take to equip a workforce?

The timing depends mostly on how quickly the link reaches wearers. A school equipped 988 students across 7 campuses in one week, and Foussier rolled out WeeFizz across its 82 stores in a few days.
