Background
The school teaches its students across 7 campuses in France. Each intake receives a uniform allocation of workwear, to be worn from the first weeks of the course. The order goes to the supplier in one go, so the size of every student, for every item, has to be known before ordering.
Until now, this kind of collection has relied on fitting sessions at each site or on spreadsheets to fill in. Both methods take time, tie up the teams on every campus and let sizing errors slip through, only to be discovered on delivery.
The challenge
Collect the right size for nearly a thousand students, across seven sites, within a short deadline and without organising any fittings. With one more constraint: most students arrive without knowing their size in the supplier's size chart.
The real issue was not asking students for their size, but sparing them from having to guess it.
The set-up
The campaign was built in WeeFizz PRO: the items in the allocation, the supplier's size charts and the 7 campuses.
- One mini-site per campus, in the school's colours, reached through a simple link or a QR code, from a phone or a computer.
- A few questions, no photo needed: height, weight, age and body shape. The WeeFizz engine derives the relevant measurements, then the size in the actual size chart of each item.
- The whole allocation at once: each student sees every item offered in their recommended size, and confirms their order in one step.
- Tracking by campus: the school sees in real time who has responded, then exports quantities by item and by size for the supplier.

In one week, the 988 students across the 7 campuses received their recommendation and placed their order: 3,861 garments in total, each ordered in the size recommended for that student.
No fitting rounds were organised. Campus teams only had to pass on the link, and the consolidated order went to the supplier with no re-keying.
Key takeaways
- A multi-site campaign is run from a single workspace, with dedicated access for each site.
- With no photo, a few answers are enough to recommend a size in the supplier's actual size chart.
- The timeline depends mainly on how widely the link is shared: one week was enough for seven campuses.
